1. Shipping Locations

Trendy Hip Buys ships to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations. We usually ship straight from our factories in both USA and China since some of our own designs are manufactured in both countries. 

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods to cater to your needs, including standard and expedited shipping options on some items. The shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the chosen shipping method.

4. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's progress.

5. No Returns Policy

Please note that Trendy Hip Buys does not accept returns, except in the following cases:

  • Wrong Size Sent: If you receive an item in the wrong size, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will ship the correct size to you with proof of measurements and photos sent to us.

  • Wrong Item Sent: If you receive a different item from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will send the correct item to you. Please provide photo proofs. 

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for items purchased. 

7. Proof Requirements

For all cases of wrong size sent or wrong item sent, we require photo proofs of the received item(s) within 3 days after receiving your order. Please send clear photos to support@trendyhipbuys.com along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
